Popular Post Bijan
The cigar weighed in at over 15g so technically over official weight but it looked very well bunched and it's unknown single sibling from earlier in the week at 17g smoked wonderfully after the application of the perfecdraw so I wasn't worried. 12mm punch cut and one single perfecdraw hit and draw was good. Pre lit draw of cocoa. Once lit a hit of cocoa and then deep coffee and then espresso with just a hint of spice. Continued as espresso until 20 minutes when some cream came in. At 35 minutes a strong complex spice of cloves for 5-10 minute then back to espresso. Then cream. It had just rained so by the final third the humidity had dampened the wrapper and frequent touch ups were necessary. I could feel the ghost of Zino Davidoff judging me as I applied my lighter well into the final third but I was rewarded by a very pleasant and unexpected mint flavour in the final 7-8 minutes. 83 minute smoke time. A solid 92. Only marred by the humidity that was not the cigar's fault.
