Montecristo 520 EL TUO OCT 12 (MRW)

Thought I'd give it an extra try for the draw with a Big Daddy, Monte 520.  Only a couple left but time to knock 'em down before they go flat.

 Construction is flawless.  Smooth, oily, milk chocolate wrapper, densely packed. Heavy.  I don't mess with prelight.  Never get a damn thing out of it.  

Tons of viscous smoke; complex.  Deep earthiness and mineral overshadow the usual sweet Monte milk chocolate. More of a dark chocolate.  

Fluctuated inch by inch with the gravity pulling at coffee, cedar, leather, hay, slightly bitter vanilla bean.  The sweet condensed milk creaminess of the Monte never emerged.  And that's cool.  A different stick.  

All-in-all, delicious and rich.  Some youth might have been preferable.  I have two left and will likely get to them soon.

The Monte GEs win the LE prize for this marque.  But hihs is still damn good: "A-".
