El Presidente Posted August 10, 2020 Posted August 10, 2020 Late 19th Century G.B. Fowler Strength Tester and Cigar Cutter patented in 1886 for the Farrington Cigar Co. New York. This rare Advertising Amusement piece is all brass with Farrington Advertising on the base. The piece has a cigar cutter on top and a hand squeeze mechanism to test your strength. Has wonderful patina. A very rare and unique piece. 2
