ERDM Tainos Christmas sampler (DERW)

For my 25th anniversary, we took the 3 mile ride to the beach and booked an oceanfront room for the weekend. I decided to bow to peer pressure and burn the only ERDM that I had, the regional from the Christmas sampler. On to the weekend:

This is a stately DC, definitely worthy of it’s praise. It starts with the shortbread/cinnamon profile Rob has repeatedly posted when these are up on 24/24. Delicious.

It continues thru the 1st 3rd with sugar, spice and everything nice. The cinnamon is very reminiscent of the CORO. Suspiciously like the CORO... ?

Middle 8 (Musician’s term) reminds me so much of the CORO, that I can barely distinguish between the two, save for the format. This is NOT a complaint, more of an observation. The flavor profile is incredibly like the 2019 CORO. I’m curious if the master blender for both of these sticks isn’t the same person. 
 

Final 3rd; Yep, this is the same blend as the 2019 CORO, or such a vague variance that I am not able to tell the subtle differences. Stunning and delicious!

Sadly, this was one of my “Endangered Species.” From my humidor’s perspective, it is now extinct. Bravo to those that have socked a few of these away for the future. You will most certainly be rewarded for your efforts...
