not sure if this is the right spot to put this, but my phone and computer got hacked.  anything weird from my email or accounts, it's not me and don't open anything.  thanks

Make sure reset every single password and apply more secutity like OTP. Did you report you were being hacked by an anonymous hacker to Google, etc? My Gmail was almost stolen by Linkedin scammer a long time ago and reported to Google to prevent that scammer's guile act.

Change your passwords everywhere. Use a good password manager and use a different password for each account/login. Use 2FA but avoid receiving a code on your cell as the second authentication method. If you can, you should use a hardware key a the second authentication method.

Hope it does not get you into any troubles.
