Construction issues/inconsistencies threads

I’m searching the forum for construction issues and inconsistencies threads.  They are myriad.  
Problem is I’m getting ALL the threads with “construction” in them, and I’m really wanting to review threads on issues seen upon opening a new box.  Different length, diameter cigars in the same box.   Bands/no bands in the same box.  Upside down cigars in the same box...   Stuff like that.  Not looking for burn issues.  Just cold cigars in the box.
Just things that make you wonder what was going on at the factory that day.

Thread titles are widely varied, but if you recall a thread relating to CC issues as mentioned would you post a link here?   I’m still searching myself and will link threads myself as I find them.
