This is the first one of these i have smoked, I think i have given 4 away so I figured why not. 
instant chocolate, sweetness, coffee and cream. Very mild and smooth but flavorful at the start 

it is definitely a Bolivar which I like b/c I enjoy Boli’s flavors while maintaining a basically medium strength. The 2nd third becomes more earthy and just over medium as the smoke begins to billow. To me the chocolate goes away all i am getting is cream, coffee and more strength, but very enjoyable. Not a huge evolution but pleasant. 

the final 1/3 becomes a little ammonia based as this cigar is only 16 months old and it’s youth is coming out. Lots of earth and flavor, almost sweet and spicy now. It also amps up to full strength for sure. Smoke enhances even more and it’s magnificent from this aspect. 

overall i would say these need a few years down still. At this point maybe a 90-91 pt cigar. Very good but young. The start was maybe 97-98 and I thought to myself wow, but it’s youth came forward and leveled it out. In a few years time they will be great to amazing ... my only fear is the start is so creamy and smooth in this time they may be flat to start then blossom as it is smoked instead of blossoming the whole way thru ... but only time will tell on this note. Smoke time was 92 minutes construction very good til the very end needed a few touch ups even after a 2 week dry boxing...

I've seen these recently with a box code of ene 20 wonder if these are any better younger, it seems the BBF only seems to be getting better and better when younger.

i would say most likely not... enjoyable now but in a few years i think will be great
