San Cristobal La Punta TOS MAR 17 (SSSTRW)

This is one of the first boxes I bought from FOH, about half gone now, and it has been hit or miss.  Sometimes they are spectacular rich pancake, slight nutty, a hint of sweetness.  Sometimes they are so bland the only flavor I get is tap water.  

This one was somewhere in between. Started off a bit sour, bitter.  The pancake showed up, but a bit dry, and never really took center stage like the good ones.  And then it just stayed like that the whole way through.  Zero change.  Barely medium bodied.  When they're like this, I always wonder if my palate is getting burned out, but the Reyes I had this morning was excellent.

Fortunately the draw was good, the burn was a bit ugly but worked itself out fine.  Overall, on my scale of crap/decent/good/very good/excellent, I'll call it good.

Smoked only two and last one was in August. Will see how they are right now

Ok so the draw was perfect, burn as well. But whole cigar was tasteless. Like burning only volado.
