Popular Post Wilzc Posted December 1, 2019 Popular Post Posted December 1, 2019 Trinidad Topes 2019 Really impressive stick. Well rolled. Majestic. . First puffs.... Crisp... So crisp. Butter cookies. Coffee. Some cane sugar. Strong bite of pepper and spices from the footsmoke and retrohale. . The finish lingers on... And on... And on. Until all that’s left is a hint of cane sugar with saliva. And my pants is now wet.... Burn had to be retouched slightly. No biggie. Smoke production is pretty decent for a Cuban. . Entering the second 3rd everything settles down a little bit more. Such a great smoke!! Really! Im halfway through a turd CAB of 50 Epicure N2s and this is really a breath of fresh air. . Okay ash is annoyingly flakey. Just saying. The peppers from the footsmoke enters the foray now, making the smoke a little bitey if I may say. Just a touch at least. Everything else is proceeding swimmingly. . So this cigar is meant to be smoked slowly. And it’s class will shine through. Smoke production is majestic at this point. Some sort of caramel bread toast comes in so good. At this point. I’m just gonna need adult diapers. . Bite fades away. Now it’s just smooth tobacco with some coffee. . Dark bitter cacao enters past midway point. Sadly... that soon morphs away to that Cuban twangy grass and hay. With a pinch of toffee. . Halfway through last 3rd. Still not getting too harsh. Wonderful. Splendid. In a couple of years the initial slight harshness and bite should even out to make this an absolute class act! . . . 14
Derboesekoenig Posted December 1, 2019 Posted December 1, 2019 Thank you, very nice. I can already tell I'm going to go deep on these... On another note, what's with the blank bands? 1

On another note, what's with the blank bands? Oh the local B&M's in town all use blank footbands so they can stick the price tags on. Also protects against cracking when customers browse and rummage.... and force the cigar foot into their nostrils 1
bbguardsp Posted December 2, 2019 Posted December 2, 2019 How close is the flavor profile to a Vigia for you? Thanks.
