Popular Post cigaraholic Posted November 17, 2019 Popular Post Posted November 17, 2019 11 AM Sunday morning. a little football a cup of coffee...it’s PL time. I remember being extremely impressed with this box when I got it colorado maduro wrapper’s and just covered in oil. I also remember the first one of these I smoked because it was the woodiest PL I have ever had. I probably put them down for the customary five-year nap, can’t remember when I smoked the next one but every cigar I have smoked has gotten better and better. Starts off beautifully with classic coffee caramel sweet earth, a little over medium with a very long finish. Yum Yum Yum. Builds to medium full with darker coffee flavor a little mocha and some peanut butter. I wish this cigar was 3 feet long? Starting the last third it becomes very buttery and just coats my mouth with lovely toffee flavor. One if not the best PL I’ve ever smoked, beautifully rolled and ashed twice. A cigar I wish I’d gone deep on, but my pockets weren’t as deep 10 years ago, glad I have a few more memories yet to come. 9
