H Upmann Sir Winston 2014 (FWRC) Side by Side Review

Got this in a trade with @Chucko8 and I cannot be more grateful.  I have been scared to try these because I have overhyped them.  Turns out i have perfectly hyped them.  This is super smooth and rich.  Nutty creamy brioche tastiness with a touch of sweetness.  Second third gives me some very subtle fruity notes (apples?) with some slightly tart twang.  Then it goes to a spiced creamy coffee.  Final third has some sweetly spiced nuttiness (reminds me of sisters holiday nut mix, oh no, I'm having positive emotional reactions from a cigar, I'm hooked).  Gets a little more robust so I know it has even more time to develop. Down to the nub it is amazing.

hard to top the 98 BBF but this is a different category.  I'll call them tied.  Love these.  If any of my sw turn out this good I will be ecstatic.

Comparison:

this feels like the final version of the rough draft I just smoked.  Love every bit of it.  no draw issues, great full flavors, basically the entire hope I had in doing these side by side.  Really shows me what a young and older taste like.  Cant imagine this at the 10 year mark but maybe I can hold on to a few to make it there.
