Popular Post Hadroxity Posted August 19, 2019 Popular Post Posted August 19, 2019 Dry Puff: Raisin, Nut, Coffee I’ve been wanting to try one of these since I first learned about them, now is the chance I’ve been waiting for! First Third: Coffee, with an underlying sweetness. Excellent smoke production, draw is not too loose or tight, just perfect. One of the easiest cigars I’ve had to retrohale, just no burn or spice whatsoever. Great construction and a flawless consistent burn. Earthy mineral notes start to appear near the end of the first third. Second Third: Medium to Full Bodied smoke at this point, nice dark cocoa flavor with a gentle spice appearing every so often, great burn and a pleasure to enjoy. Final Third: Spicy cocoa excellent smoke and smooth experience. The first Partagas I’ve had that I’ve really enjoyed. I’ll be looking to add this to my humidor in a greater quantity. Score: 92/100 Time: 83 minutes. 7
MigsG Posted August 19, 2019 Posted August 19, 2019 Sounds like a fantastic cigar, thanks for reviewing. Have you had the Cohiba Secretos, and if so, how does it compare? I like the flavors you described. I need to find some singles! 1
