Putting this out to the community because I haven't had much luck online.

I have a pretty standard 100 count desktop humidor with a round analog hygrometer on the front. I'd like to swap it out for a digital model. Has anyone here done this successfully? If so where did you get your replacement?

Cheers!

I've had a Caliber one for 11 years that's still going strong, can't recommend them enough, just from Amazon. Xikar are good too but the batteries don't seem to last half as long as they do in the Caliber.

Prepare yourself for a whole new level of accuracy over the analogue ones though!

Are you looking for just a drop in replacement?  I'm guessing you've got a hole cut in your humidor and you'd like to find one that fits to that.  After cutting a slightly bigger hole some of the Xikar round hygros with a thick rubber band wrapped around their circumference (like the ones wrapped around asparagus) with give you a nice snug fit.

I agree with prez, if you're going digital the Western Caliber IV hygro is tops. Me personally, I would LOVE to be able to find a highly accurate high quality analog hygro just because I love the old school look, but I've never been able to find one to replace the cheap ones that come with most humidors.
