Ry27 Posted July 25, 2019 Posted July 25, 2019 FoH’ers, I am in need of some tips for an issue I am having. I want to dry box some cigars for use, yet, the humidity is about the same or higher in my home. Is there anything I can do to still dry box in my humid conditions? (Apologies if this post has been made before, however, I am newer to FoH and couldn’t find much info on it) thanks 1
Shelby07 Posted July 25, 2019 Posted July 25, 2019 Boveda makes a 49% high absorption pack that might work well in a travel humidor. 2
Subcomandante Posted July 25, 2019 Posted July 25, 2019 They also have reusable silica packets that absorb moisture. They can be put in microwave and defrosted and used again.
Popular Post El Presidente Posted July 26, 2019 Popular Post Posted July 26, 2019 Clip the cap, into a zip lock leaving it open...into the fridge for 45 minutes - 1hr. It will drop a cigar from 70RH to a 58-60 feel in that period. take it out of the fridge. Seal the zip lock, leave 20 minutes . Smoke it. 7 8
