La_Tigre Posted June 2, 2019 Posted June 2, 2019 Fresh from the island and freezer cycle last week. I know. I know that ain’t ready but I said eff it, I’m having an island CoRo for the review weekend. Started off great. Rich Cohiba cold draw. Nice smoke. Sweet Hay/almond butter. Very satisfying at the beginning. See, I told you it was nothing to worry about. CoRo always ready to go! Lost the ash trying to photograph. And then it all went wrong... it started burning around the outside like a tree trunk in the center. Draw turns terrible...Blecccccccccchhhkk. . Several relights/touch ups later and the trunk has finally disintegrated. Back to the regular programming. Creamy smoke. Hay/roasted tobacco but one-dimensional. Finished it up and was left on a good note. The note: don’t smoke your Cohibas after fridge frozen fridge the week before....? yah, experience still totally worth it...!? 3
Gamehawker Posted June 4, 2019 Posted June 4, 2019 (edited) What a waste of a good cigar. You should have waited. ? I have a box of 15 count Cohiba Robusto A/T "MUO JUL 14". These are awesome at almost 5 years aged. Edited June 4, 2019 by Gamehawker
