Festival del habanos-February

I don't know so throwing this out there, can any individual, such as myself, purchase tickets and attend the festival del Habanos in February. Secondly, does that fall under 12 US conditions category. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, you'll be fine. I don't know anyone that has been questioned by the government or have ever heard of it. Just stay at an airbnb to be on the safe side.

Hey Derboesekoenig, thanks so much for response. Very helpful. I just wasn't sure and couldn't find out any info online. I'm just your average Joe, I don't own a cigar shop or hold any reputable position. I just wanna go!!
