JIK Posted December 10, 2018 Posted December 10, 2018 What cigars are worth buying while in Cuba? I thought it would be a good idea to have a thread where people can jump in and offer up their opinions and experiences on what cigars one should get while in Cuba. The recommendations may change over time so the convenience of checking in to one thread should be quite useful. Obviously the most important attribute when buying a CC is going to be quality. We can presume that one will always make sure the condition of the cigar is satisfactory before purchasing. While on the island the two things to look out for are; cigars that are hard to acquire and cigars that are less expensive. Not all cigars will be less expensive than what we can for example purchase from our hosts, therefore, we probably shouldn’t waste too much time and space acquiring those. That being said, what do you all say? PS: feel free to mention where in Cuba you recommend getting or looking for said cigar.
nKostyan Posted December 10, 2018 Posted December 10, 2018 QdS and Partagas Culebras can be found in the LCDH at the counter. These cigars are not as popular as Cohiba with our Asian brothers, who buying everything in LCDH, and at the same time it is a good cigars at the island and have a low price. 1
