Popular Post havanaclub Posted November 16, 2018 Popular Post Posted November 16, 2018 I reached for one of my dependable cigars, a Rass which rarely disappoints. This one was fairly young but is coming alone nicely. One of my favourite robustos. Pairing it with a Canadian micro brew out of Vankleek Hill Ontario. Beau’s full time IPA. Very fruity ipa that I thought might pair well with a stewed fruit RA. 1st: great draw and start to the rass with your classic fruity notes and leather. 2nd: stewed fruits and with a hint of plum that I always seem to get with a Rass with a good wrapper. 3rd: medium bodied throughout, almost no touch ups required so it performed beautifully. Slightly muted on the back end but expected as this sample is only 8 months old. The beer paired well and always seemed to bring out the sweetness in the cigar. Cheers FoH. I would definitely wait a month. I recall mine being very wet. After 30 days, dry box one for a few days and sample. Cheers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2
