Pinar del Rio Province; Best Time to Visit

I am thinking about heading back to Cuba this winter for another photography project and would like to get to Pinar del Rio to photograph the tobacco.  Optimally, I would prefer to get there with still growing fields of tobacco and perhaps the beginning of the harvest.  

What is the best time to plan this for?

The tobacco harvest will be in full swing during January, February and early March and the weather is great.
