48 Hours in Singapore

As the title says, I will be in Singapore from Friday 20.7 - Sunday 22.7 with time on my hands.  I have visited a few times in the past but really don't know the place well so for anyone with more experience can I ask where to go on my own for :

eating

drinking

smoking cigars

(not necessary all at the same time)

Go to Robertson Quay. It’s quite central and there are loads of restaurants and bars to choose from. There is a cigar lounge across the road at UE square - Connoisseur Divan which is owned and run by Pacific Cigars.

Another option is Dempsey which is also quite central and has loads of good restaurants and bars to choose from. One of my favorites is The White Rabbit and (I think) you can smoke outside at The Rabbit Hole.

Dempsey is really popular night time spot.  The hawker near Marina Bay Sands (Lau Pa Sat) is pretty impressive as is Ion Orchard for cheap eats.  Any Din Tai Fung restaurant (there are several around Singapore) is must eat.
