Rose Bowl: Texas -v- Southern Cal

Well my FOH family, my alma mater came up short in what was a most exciting Rose Bowl game. I was there and saw God himself, in the name of Vince Young absolutely make my Trojans look like a Pop Warner team. That said, I have no regrets. The Trojans won 34 straight games. Two AP national championships and one BCS national championship. 3 Heisman winners and above all else, the team regained its place among the country's elite programs. All good things must come to an end. That said, congratulations to the Texas Longhorns!

While at the game, my buddy and I broke out some smokes. He had a Cohiba Sublime, while I enjoyed a Monty #2. We had these while walking around before the game. FOH members, I cannot tell you how many people stopped and asked us what we were smoking. People were coming up and telling us the cigars smelled great. People with cigars in their mouths were dropping by asking us what it was we were smoking! I guess there really is something to be said about the great smell of a Puro.

El Pres thank you for providing me with access to the best that Havana has to offer. And yes, I did spread the word about Cigar Czar. Thanks again.

As a fellow USC alumni, I was disappointed in the outcome of the game and the referees atrocious calls. I watched the game at my local cigar shop and enjoyed some great cigars myself—even the wife joined me for a cigar or two.

Next year will be interesting.

My sister just got back from a semester at Uni of Texas and was going crazy about the Horns winning the Rose Bowl...all this from a girl who previously had no interest in men's sports all her life...must have been somehting about studying at the same College....
