Aging Cigars

For those newbies that question the value of aging.... DON’T. These were bought a number of years ago on this sight and.... Holy Crap - what a treat!!! Patience is truly a virtue

09 HUR have always been a standout EL. Had the pleasure of smoking a few earlier this year and they're very good and I think still have some legs. 

Of course, these were well-received from the start. 

They're still available from many vendors but seem to be in the $700+ price range and have been for some time.

Had one a few hours ago after a large dinner and couldn’t agree more! Chocolate dessert!

I had one a few weeks back and it was glorious, the richness of the flavours really made this cigar shine.

I have read that some people have great luck with these and some received boxes of duds.  I smoked the above pictured cigar about a week ago.  Nice aromas but the flavor I compared to a 25 year old Macanudo.    I just don't find anything in them that shows they will improve with age.

Actually, I wanted to trade them away a few years ago, thought I had  a bad box. Really glad I didn't do that.
