How often do you retrohale?

It depends. 

If I am smoking with @JohnS, I find that I tend to retrohale more, since John is a believer in the retro (see Havanathon 2017 pics)

+1. I also find myself doing little french inhales more and more often these days. Maybe just a remnant from my cigarette smoking days? I like a little bit of an inhale. I also find that as long as I'm not excessive, it doesn't seem to destroy my palate like inhaling a cigarette certainly would.

Depends on the bite. Most cubans every other puff and usually the last bit of smoke left. Peppery Nicaraguans no where nearly as often, too much burn on those.
