LOL. All I think about is remembering the brown snake shed skin in Ken's garage from a review many years ago, and the fact that it was found in amongst stacks and stacks of wine bottles and cases being stashed in there, and all I can think about is how many people likely wonder the same of Ken and Rob, how they've survived this long, doing the myriad reviews at Ken's house, in amongst the oodles of dangerous and deadly creatures you have in Oz-world, which are ready and willing to kill you year-round. LOL. Cue the "Jurassic Park" clip..."...nature finds a way..." LOL. 1
Fuzz Posted February 16, 2018 Posted February 16, 2018 Why worry about what could kill you? You'd be living in constant fear if you did. Though, a healthy respect for the critters helps. 1

Warren Posted February 16, 2018 Posted February 16, 2018 Oh that was fantastic, I laughed my behind off. The only way it could have been better is if the brick bounced off the guys head and knocked out the guy who threw it. Do you think they had the Three Stoogers in China.

LOL. in fairness to rob, he has never thrown a brick at my head. still time. mind you, provided i'm at least 8 feet away, i reckon i'm safe. the snakeskin was merely a python - like this. http://www.couriermail.com.au/news/queensland/carpet-snakes-make-a-meal-of-possums-in-brisbane-region/news-story/2d245e28ef81f6993fe9107739da0263 so largely harmless, though best not to stand on one. this one, on the other hand, best avoided. a tiger on a vine trellis. it is something like the fifth most venomous snake in australia. so also the fifth most venomous snake in the world. 1
Ken Gargett Posted February 16, 2018 Posted February 16, 2018 but there have been a few browns and taipans around. scare the crap out of me. they rank second and first respectively, although there are apparently three sub-species of taipan so not sure whether you want to grant them just first or 1-3? problem is they can be very grumpy and aggressive and so fast.

So, when I finally get the chance to come down and visit, as long as my fat ass can run faster than at least one of you guys, I'll be good????
