jerrybrowne
Yes but it looks like customs is cracking down on the number- must be an amount realistic for personal consumption.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

stang
Take them out of the box and no bands. Then you won't have to worry Sent from my LG-H910 using Tapatalk

You can bring up to 100 I think officially, but frankly Customs doesn't really care -
PaulP
100 duty free. You pay duty after that.
Martin_F
Don't worry about de-banding them. Like mentioned above, you'll be fine as long it's believable that you just bring back sticks for personal consumption.
mgcrunch
November I brought back 40 cigars from a cruise, disembarking in FL. No issue.
PapaDisco
Concur with the prior: no longer seems to be an issue. Ziplock them for the flight, as dry air is a bigger problem than customs.
GotaCohiba
They were pretty lax in January
Islandboy
As stated above, current law allows up to 100 cigars duty free. Must be for personal consumption, and must be in your carry on luggage (on your person as you go through customs). I’ve had complete success with this a handful of times in the last year.
