Which LE's (or regionals) have gone into regular production?

I asked the question as to the criteria for LE production. 

Launching a new product under this concept demands planning since it works both as a testing and launching platform of new sizes. It´s needed a careful supervision of the leaves used and also check its performance among clients so as to be later added to the brand´s regular portfolio. Sales performance on specific markets is taken into account and the need of increasing the brand´s value as well. One of the goals is supporting the brand through developing something exclusive thus increasing positioning and awareness

Can we put together a list as a cigar that started as an LE (or regional) that has gone into regular production?

ERs:

Boli Libertador (06 France) --technically not regular production but LCDH, but as we know it's regular production for all intents and purposes. 

That's it by my count.

I loved the D5 when released...hard to find a D5 that resembles anything close...still I enjoy them...packaging including the EL... D grade ...now that dose not bother me....it could be far better though..
