El Presidente Posted October 17, 2017 Posted October 17, 2017 This is an excellent article sent to me by Jer. "A war against branding is a war against people" https://www.dezeen.com/2017/10/16/stephen-bayley-opinion-war-against-branding-signs-life-why-brands-matter/
Philc2001 Posted October 17, 2017 Posted October 17, 2017 I'm for artistic expression, freedom of speech, and in general I agree with the author's point. You won't find anyone on this forum who doesn't think tobacco labeling and restrictions are extreme and way beyond reasonable. But most of us have lived long enough to know some people put profits above all else, and they would sell highly addictive opioids to a 10 year old (and they do!) just to make a buck. Where's the line between artistic and predatory?
