I've been in SE Florida for 19 years, and in the summer (which is typically from beginning of May through Thanksgiving in November) the humidity here is really challenging for cigar smokers. The worst is July through September, where anything beyond a PC will have trouble. In fact, I lit up a Fonseca #1 today at 1:00pm while I watched my Dolphins get smoked by the loathsome Jets and it was a big struggle to keep it burning - yet the one I had last week burned almost flawlessly. The difference between last week and this week was the ambient humidity - about 85% today, versus 65% last week, and it makes a big difference. On Friday night I went to a local cigar bar, air conditioned, and my Monte #1 burned beautifully.

But I don't change up much, because I prefer to choose my cigars based on the time I have available to smoke.

Overnight temp got down to 42F (5C) last night. I smoke outdoors, usually with a cuppa coffee in the morning. As the weather cools down, I go with shorter smokes. One hour max, and less than that in the dead of winter. It was 'challenging' to smoke a cigar last winter when it was -8F (-22C).  Parti Shorts are one of my favorites, especially in the winter. - - I also tend to do more pipesmoking in the winter since I can smoke a pipe indoors without excessive complaints from the female members of the family. (Just have to choose the right blend if they're around.)
