Spent 30 minutes in the cigar room trying to find a decent box of cigars and each and everyone I inspected were dull, dry or moldy. Never seen stock In  such bad shape. After 30 boxes across brands I gave up and just headed to the boarding gate. Luckily packed a few of my stock for the vacation.

Used to look forward to buying from here, but pricing and quality is in the shitter. FoH it is for me exclusively. Prez is the most reliable shop there is.

Did you look at the Bolivar Emirates?  They had fantastic looking boxes of those last summer.

DDF is certainly a crapshoot, I have found that Terminal 3 is the most consistent.  I will only buy HTF sticks there though, that I cannot get from trusted vendors like our host.

Concourse A has poor selection. Concourse B has the biggest humidor and selection. But yes everything must be opened before you buy. I've some ****... including what looked like a box that had been half submerged in water. Concourse C has some aged stuff in the lower level shop because people don't go there very often. But that will soon change as they are upgrading it and have already upgraded certain sections.

Just went thru Friday night. Found some nice stuff in B have to search and open everything up. All the great places are becoming grave yards now, since CC's are becoming a bigger deal than before and more people are purchasing them. Andorra used to be considered the mecca now it has been some what  picked thru, just like Dubai duty free.

Unfortunately I was in A. Totally agree that the older terminals have better selection and storage conditions too. Some of my nicest picks have been when I travelled Gulf Air rather than emirates.

When I went thru C a few months ago it was a ghost town. Only the food shops and a few shops were open. All the LCDH were closed.
