I understand the lead and Zinc markets are quite hot right now so all looking good.

I would however like to point out to the copywriter that when it comes to writing articles on mining and local communities......the word "exploitation" is a no no  :D

Great news: a 2nd world country mining lead right next to a prime tobacco growing region.

What could possibly go wrong??

Nothing can go wrong.

They just had to finish the instal of the equipment, power and water lines. Later they will get to the computerized systems but it will be done by June 30.  That may be problematic as the article was written May 17 :lookaround:

Hang on.....the Water Treatment Plant !!! :shead:

I mean...do you really need one? Lead and Zinc mining is pretty safe :cofcig:

Hey, at least we know that Monty Burns would never exploit a situation where the neighbours had concerns about his mining plans....

Working in the metal industry, this is good news as it would somewhat ease the supply situation for both Zinc and Lead. It would be interesting to know who is marketing the concs and then later the refined metals.
