Guest Nekhyludov
Dimensions: 52 x 6 1/8" Box Code: EML JUL 14 This is an attractive piramide with a nice cororado wrapper, with some veins and compression marks; it has a velvety texture. It feels well-constructed and lights evenly. Once lit, it's full of sweet vegetal flavors. The burn is impeccable, and the ash is flaky gray/white. The aroma is full of sea salt and light leather. The flavor evolves into a rich almond paste/fondant profile. The aroma develops into a deep walnut, and the saltiness gets more pungent. There is a persistent floral note throughout. The final third becomes milder and slightly indistinct, but has just a flash of precise candy sweetness. Performance remains perfect, and it smokes cool past the band. Pairs well with lapsong sachang. Perhaps the best of the vitola for this vintage. Score:

TheMonk
Good job! Not my favorite on this size, but a great stick nonetheless.
