H. Upmann Magnum 46 LUB ABR 14 (50 cab) - Ode to the 43-46 RG review week

Love corona gordas. Probably the most represented vitola in my stock. And love H. Upmann. Top 3 marca for me.

 

Although not from our host, this cigar has wonderful construction and a slight sheen to it. Starts off with a strong nutty flavor, slight cedar and rich toasted tobacco. So savory and the flavors dance together. Theres something about nuts and tobacco that goes well together. 2nd third introduces some medium black coffee notes, nuts subside, and the tobacco gets deeper. ever so slight cream slips in for about 2 draws. Finishes out strong with the coffee and tobacco.

 

I was very fortunate to get my hands on this 50 cab as I dont think I've seen many available recently. I would love to get another 50 cab, even though I have a few 25s in the OLH as well. These and Epi 1s are my favorite CGs and possibly my current favorite cigars period.

smoked the one from the blind sampler but it was a dud. but have a box in my OLH.
