Cold draw: hay with hint of sweetness

First third: slightly sweet, slightly wood, floral notes in retrohale. Honey sweetness is building.

 

Second third: Like Honey being licked using a ladle freshly made of wet wood.

 

Last third: little bit more wood on the palate but honey dominates.

I should be sticky with all this honey flavor.
