Brisbane – are you ready for your first #ginpig dinner? We’re bringing the gin pig show north at the end of this month, for a fabulous four-course dinner at the Middle-Eastern inspired, modern Australian restaurant Gerard’s Bistro. The award-winning restaurant’s signature blend of native Australian flavours with those of the Maghreb is right up our alley, and we’re loving this super special menu from chef Ben Williamson. There’s great Australian produce and beautiful Middle-Eastern spices. But of course the hero will be that amazing pork, roasted with botanicals. Gin pig, the best invention since gin! Four Pillars is incredible gin. Would love to be able to go to this. Rare Dry is by far my favorite gin.

Its such a shame the Bloody Shiraz doesn't come to the states it looks delicious.
