I used to get the listing every day, and would go back and review them from time to time, but February 20th seems to be the last one in my inbox. Is anyone else having this problem?

Phil, I have Gmail, and I've noticed anything from Rob or Ken always goes to my "promotions" box, not sure why, but check there. All new threads not created by Rob or Ken go into my "primary" box, so maybe one of the mods can answer your question better. 1

I have checked all the category tabs and still nothing there. I did a search of my email, which normally finds emails across categories, but nothing since 2/20. I get all other notifications from FOH, including your response to this thread, but just not the 24:24 listings. Weird! 1

Wazzaaaaap?I only got email notifications about posts that were made after I had posted on a given thread, never any email about a 24:24 coming up or a "listing". I was getting too many email notifications & had to turn off that feature.

Off to check my account settings ! I think I figured out how to "subscribe" to getting 24:24 e-mails. Click "follow" which is above the "Start new topic" button while in the watering hole forum. I did it earlier today and got the 24:24 e-mail immediately. I did this from the desktop site. It worked tonight. Got an email immediately.
Philc2001 Posted March 29, 2017 Author Posted March 29, 2017 Thanks everyone. I can't figure out how, but my subscription to the Water Hole forum was unfollowed. I guess it was just fluke, or some other anomaly. I'm pretty sure I didn't disable it myself, but... onward we go. 1
irratebass Posted March 29, 2017 Posted March 29, 2017 We send over 60,000 email notices out from the FOH forums per month via Sparkpost. Of those 2,000 daily emails, about 9% bounce and 8% are rejected by the receiving mail hosts. Gmail is by far the largest recipient at 45%. In short, we're gold as far as the server sending emails and peeps getting them, but some don't get through due to being blocked or bounced at the recipient end. Please add friendsofhabanos.com to your email whitelist to improve delivery rates. Given the 24:24 threads are new every day (the old ones are deleted), it's impossible to subscribe to those specific threads ahead of time, so follow the Water Hole forum to receive email notices of new threads within it. That should do the job and I can see 217 members already do it. If you're still not getting them, poke around at the Gmail end, because we're definitely sending them An alternative to avoid the risk of missing an email is to subscribe to the RSS feed for the Water Hole, which updates whenever new threads are posted. That of course means using RSS software, but they can typically be configured to notify via email or desktop notification when a new post is received, depending on how frequently you set it to ping the RSS provider. If your RSS app doesn't support email notifications, use something like IFTTT and Pushover - https://ifttt.com/connect/feed/pushover So I get new posts in the wateringhole, but no other posts in other sections, nor do I get replies, so how do I correct this? & please explain it to my as if I were a five year old. You can toggle it on/off as appropriate.
