Trying to keep expectations in check.  Season 1 was so good in part because it was so unexpected!

Thank God, nothing worst than a great show leaving you with a whole bunch of unanswered questions and then being discontinued by the network. Don't get me started about Ascension. So glad to hear about ST2.
