guilow Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 I have about 15 boxes in my collecdtion right now. But I really don't have many with a lot of age on them. My oldest cigars are some Dip #4s from 2001 and Aristocrats from 2001 (thanks Rob!) What's your oldest cigar?
habanohal Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 1990 ERDM Demi Tasse, 1984 Monte #2 then 1998 Boli Lonsdales The oldest I have
gehrig24 Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 Just started the collection so the oldest I have is 2001 (thanks to the aged list). I had, key word had, a 1994 R&J Churchill and a 1994 Monte #2, but both went up in smoke over the holidays.
Loki Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 I have a handfull of circa 1987 Davidoff #1s. The oldest box I have is a cab of 50 1998 Partagas lonsdales.
guilow Posted January 5, 2006 Author Posted January 5, 2006 » 1990 ERDM Demi Tasse, 1984 Monte #2 then 1998 Boli Lonsdales Wow. 22 years old! One of these days I'm going to somehow procure a 20+ year smoke. I've got to see what one tastes like.
josie67 Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 1/3 of a box of Party Lusitanias from 1997 and a 1998 Trinidad Fundadores. On the NC side, I have a handful of the 1995 Partagas 150 Signature series from 1995 and one Hoyo de Monterrey Excalibur series from 1980.
Spud2 Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 Davidof Chateau le Tour from the 80's. Always looking for great aged sticks. :-)
Sean9689 Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 I just smoked a 70's Partagas 898 a couple of weeks ago (which was my oldest cigar at the time). I have many from the 80's!
wasch_24 Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 I currently have a few violas from the mid 70s and 80s that were gifted to me...around 8 cigars.

jay8354 Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 Since I am new to this, I only have recent productions. The oldest box I have are from 02 - HDM LE Dieux. For Singles, some 01s.
spsurfin Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 Just a few from the early to mid 80's and a handful from early 90's. 95% of my cigars are from '01 to '03

CIGARHead Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 » Box of 70's Monte Especial #1's that have done nothing for me :-( » » On the other hand, box of 1996 Sancho Sancho's are smokin mighty fine » indeed :-P Got some '98 Dip 4's, cab of '00 RyJ Ex #4, SC La Punta '02, JL Sel #1 '03, Boli Churchill A/T '00, '98 Cohiba Lanceros... Nothing real old, but the collection is growing. If I keep stocking up like I have been, I should have a great aged selection in 3-4 years.
jjisaacson Posted January 7, 2006 Posted January 7, 2006 a 1983 ryj machine made... not sure which one... need to get out my mrn and look her up...
windowrx Posted January 10, 2006 Posted January 10, 2006 The oldest cigar I have is a crinkled old "It's a Girl" cigar a good friend gave me at the birth of his first child in 1980. I told him I'd give it back when I had my first child. Hasn't happened yet. Not a Cuban of course but it is my oldest cigar. As for Cubans I've got a few '91 La Corona PC's, then some single '98 stuff like Bolivar Coronas, Punch Punch, ERdM PC, VR Familiar. The oldest box I have is '01 Cohiba Coronas Especiales. I hope to increase my stock of aged smokes this year.
