Cuba enforcing "dry county" laws

Was down there this weekend and all alcohol sales for the general public are shut down until December 4. You could get most anything at the airport or hotels but local markets/paladares had orders not to sell. Not too many people in the streets due to this, all nightclubs/bars as well til 12/4 are shut down. No loud music. Patrol cars going around neighborhoods telling people to turn the music down. Now this story about him being cremated and taken to Santiago is the ultimate Jedi-mind trick. My guess is he's long gone on a boat under 1000 bags of rice with two antiquated Soviet missiles on his way to the Canary islands.
