BuzzArd Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 My first RC. Bolivar Royal Corona ETP MAR 16Received 8/15/16 Storage at 70/60 Gentle box pressed. Firm stick. Excellent draw. Not too firm, not too loose.Sweet tobacco aroma pre light. First puff some spiciness. Earth and woodiness join early in the first third. Toasted tobacco intermingles through the 1/3 mark. It's very good at this point. Forcing myself to slow down.... Holds ash perfectly. Second third definite pepper and spice. GREAT smoke production throughout so far. Remainder stays very consistent with first 1/3 profile. Walked into the house at one point leaving this on the porch. When I came back I got a fantastic reminiscence of cigars I recall smelling as a youngster. Very nice profile and a big favorite so far in my habanos experience. Slight burn touch up required during 2nd half of the stick, but quite minor. 2
FLB03TT Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 BRCs are one of my go to favorites- never disappointed. Good review and GREAT photos!
Sean3 Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 Nice review Mr. BuzzArd, and I agree FLB03TT about the photos.
BuzzArd Posted October 31, 2016 Author Posted October 31, 2016 Thanks fellows. Those are simply iphone snaps edited with Lightroom. Seriously, only minor tweaks made. Great cigar. Might go for another after the series game tonight. Of course, I might go for a PLPC too....
