Blind Tasting Mystery Stick #6

And now, the final installment of Blind Tasting Mystery Sticks.  This is episode #6 and it starts with a gorgeous fall day.  There's some sun today and it pokes out from time to time to say hello, the temperature is a comfortable 57F.  I'm looking forward to today's smoke, it was a busy day with an unusual number of clients for this time of year.  The critters are about, and I have what is certainly another petit corona.  If it's anything like yesterday's tactical nuke, I'm in for a treat!  We're looking at an excellent wrapper with a bit of that rosado color, very good construction, and a slightly firm draw.  Yeah yeah yeah how did the little bugger taste?  KABOOM!  Another nuclear detonation at the start, unreal...Can't believe it, very similar to yesterday's Bolivar, perhaps a bit brighter, great start.  Coffee, Sponge Cake, and a hint of chocolate here and there.  After mopping the floor with my booger maker for awhile, this tiny beast settled right down to become a very smooth talker indeed.  About halfway through, I started getting some toasted tobacco on the back end.  This has me thinking Partagas again, but I was wrong yesterday.  The finale, was essentially the same as the start.  From unmitigated powerhouse, to smooth talkin' charmer...and back, this was a cracker.  And now, my last and final guess...Like yesterday, this stick screams Partagas, and though I was wrong, I'm sticking with the same guess as yesterday...A Partagas Short.    Today's guess, I can happily say...IS CORRECT!  Oh yeah baby, I have reclaimed my rightful title as Reigning God Emperor of Cigar Tasting in the Known Universe!!!   Ummm, yeah that's it!

Sean, another stellar review and you're now batting .333!  Not bad sir for this time of year with the WS starting tonight.  Great pics and like a few others here I love the nature shots.
