What makes them cost more?

Our recently arrived box of Connie A's are pretty nice but I predict another year for a couple and even longer time for some more will make them awesome. This huge stick will do better outside anyway. 

Anyone think this is a cigar targeted along with the bigger ones that have been produced in the last two years on the NC side?
