Just discovered this stuff, my local deli has brought a few in. Wow! 

Brie being one of my favourites this is like a love child better a perfectly ripe one, and a good Gouda.

Not the most sophisticated cheese but it's perfect in 'lump form' with grapes as part of a lunch in between sessions of hard work in the sun.

Thick chewy rind encasing a squidgy creamy centre, perfect. Time to break out the red wine :spotlight:
