El Presidente Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 On the rare times I am in London the Wellesley is a treat. it is no czar deck mind you London's £5,500 Cigar And Where To Smoke It. http://www.forbes.com/sites/nickpassmore/2016/08/11/londons-5500-cigar-and-where-to-smoke-it/#16363fc14e8a
KnightsAnole Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 Looks like an awesome walk in but I'd probably go for the Connie A too.
Habana Mike Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 Haven't been to London since the Wellesley opened though will put it on the must do list when next back. Won't be having the original Behike unless I've hit the Lotto prior. Hate to say I was in town "the day the music died" so to speak - day of the smoking ban going in to effect. Was also in Toronto same day as theirs did.....must avoid in future visiting countries that still allow enjoying a smoke indoors. 1
ChanceSchmerr Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 Still among my top London smoking spots. Had some great evenings there, with many good friends. They can keep the BHKs, I'll take one of those £800 LFDC Diademas! 1
Londonguy Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 The Wellesley is always on my "to do" list when visiting London. A visit there will always make you feel like a million bucks! I was lucky enough to visit last month and enjoy a 50th anniv. siglo. The staff said that the owner, Khalid Affara, brought back these sticks from the latest Habanos Festival. Rob, please find a reason to rally the troops for another London herf. Last year was great fun. A few pics from the Wellesley humidor... 2
Sunsmoke Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 Spent many nights in the Wellesley. Excellent spot! Having been to near every cigar spot in central London. Recommend this one for its amazing humidor alone. Extremely well kept cigars. Amazing service too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
demer Posted August 13, 2016 Posted August 13, 2016 Off topic but I love how Forbes thinks I would rather turn off my add blocker to see their content when in reality it means I will never visit their site again. 3

Ads were ridiculous on that site, I inadvertently opened 3 for 1 short article. Why an ad company thinks that pissing me off and then showing me a product would sell anything is beyond me. 1
