From my experience and keeping in mind the Inmensos have 4 years on the Paraisos, the Inmensos seem more true to character of the brand in so much that while the Inmensos seem Cuban to the core, the Paraisos cause one to consider whether there's any truth to the rumor tobacco from other countries is being used.

The Inmensos possess the fruit, spice and sweetness one would expect from LGC while the Paraisos present much more forward earth and peppery notes to me.

I have enjoyed both but for me they are completely different cigars.
