If you're going to The Cuban Place, get there early on a Friday or Saturday night. The tiny balcony out back gets packed with smelly cigarette smokers... some may even give you a look of disgust when you light up. Staff are very good.

Cohi Bar in Darling Harbour still allow cigar smoking. I know of a few Sydney cigar smokers who call that place home.
