ayepatz Posted January 31, 2016 Posted January 31, 2016 The recent spate of celebrity departures shows no signs of letting up. Terry Wogan was simply ubiquitous to any Brit of my generation. Ever present on the telly and radio. One of the true gents of broadcasting it would seem. Such a sad loss.

Warren Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 2016, the year of death. I had a funeral for an old friend last Monday. We had Marks funeral on Thursday. Last night I lost another old mate to cancer, he went so quickly. He was told the day before Christmas that he had 1 to 2 years but that worked out to be an overly optimistic appraisal. This **** is wearing me down. I just don't want to do anything at the moment. I hate 2016
RDBM Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 Wogan was a media giant, both TV and Radio and will be sorely missed by those fans of the Eurovision Song Contest, his commentary was the reason to tune in most of the time. Sorry to here this Warren, hopefully it can only get better !
