Are you talking about the '13 or more recent production? From my experience, in the MUR 13 about half of what I've seen was underfilled. Perhaps construction has improved lately? Allotted my means to the MdO 2 of that code instead. Edit: Sorry, just overlooked that you are the OP, so you are talking about this very cigar, ok!....
