Drguano Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 I believe this unit was a stick from LCDH Teddington recommended by Ajay. I do not know the year or box code but I've reached over it thinking that it might make a good smoke on a cold night. Tonight, is cold enough but not too cold. So far...Cold draw after 'V' cut is perfect. Some sweetness, honey? Very Bolivar.Easy toasts and light. Lots of good smoke. Sweet, citrus, tea with honey.Burn is a little lopsided on first third. Solid grey ash.Knees are toasty from the radiant heater but my back and shoulders cooling off. No need for gloves yet.Second third has more lemongrass nature. Some seaweed or kale. Medium body. No buzz.. Zipping up the jumper. The cat has joined me on my knee. She approves of the stogie.Last third, flavor has a bit of fresh mown lawn, honey and a spot of leather.Nice smoke. No need to correct the burn or relight.Temp now -10°C. Cat went back inside.Tomorrow it is going to get really cold. 3
Fugu Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 Thanks for sharing - do like the tea aspect, less so the kale one... 1

TheMonk Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 Nice short review! I actually find that one to be a pretty good Boli, it's a shame they're a bit expensive for the size.
