AlohaStyle Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 Hey fellas, having a discussion with some guys and looking for some feedback from others in the know, or have been to El Laguito recently. Behike boxes have been always coded with the El Laguito factory code... TEU, MES, BTO and MUO. We've known that not all Behikes are rolled at El Laguito, but that they were all coded with the El Laguito code. My question is this... wasn't it always that El Laquito only rolled Cohiba cigars? If so, why are there now other cigars coded MUO like the RyJ Churchill and PSD4? Or has anyone seen other marcas being rolled at El Laquito recently? Also, another vendor many of us know and like (including Rob) has a box code list that shows some 2015 Behikes coded RAE and AMO. What is the new El Laguito code and is one of these a typo? I know RAE is listed for a few other Marcas. If anyone visits El Laguito in the coming weeks, please look to see if other Marcas are being rolled. Thoughts?
CanuckSARTech Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 I'll try to find out at the end of November. Also, IIRC, RAE is Partagas (well, the rollers at their other factory right now). 1

Cohiba, Trinidad and behike have all been rolled there. I might be mistaken but I can half remember seeing something about Partagas d4 being very rarely rolled there. But I do it a lot of cheese late at night so take that with a pinch of salt!
rtrimbath Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 I've also seen a BHK 54 with an EAG NOV 14 factory code. I'm not sure how it all fits into the equation.
El Presidente Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 When you guys work it out.....let us know 4
CanuckSARTech Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 Cohiba, Trinidad and behike have all been rolled there. BHK - yes, and no (lots of talk about that). But, those are a product line within Cohiba, so normal to see at EL. Trinidad I don't believe have been rolled there since 2005, when they were moved out, and thus the band change. Old discussions about that too. But I don't think they've been rolled at EL since then.
