Popular Post suggs Posted August 28, 2015 Popular Post Posted August 28, 2015 Today I received an offer on my house that I've been trying to sell for three months. I'm accepting it, but also taking a pretty big hit on the property. I decided to spark up a 2008 Mag46 to try to take the sting out. Here's hoping it works! Tyler 9
SofaKing Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 94 views and no comments? I work in the mortgage field and know how hard it is with the current market conditions. It may not be the price you had hoped for but the stress is gone and now you the fun of a new house hunt begins. Good luck and enjoy that smoke! 1
DoubleDD Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 I hope all goes well! We are looking for a new home now and it is frustrating. I imagine selling can be the same. 1

Habanos2000 Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 Taking a loss is tough, but best to get it over with and move on. Good Luck! 1
bigben Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 I hope you enjoyed the cigar. Can't go wrong with a Mag 46. 1

In Nashville, TN, it is a buyer's bull market all around. I work downtown and it seems that there's a new crane in the sky every week (we're at over 10 lifting right now... for a metro area of 1,000,000 people). Folls who want to invest in property around here are generally coming up empty-handed since the prices are still climbing... 1
CUBANO Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Good luck, and hope you find a new home for a GREAT price. 1
saintsmokealot Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Kinda a double edge sword. Property values in my neck of the woods have finally gone back up which is good for my home however not good for the homes I would like to eventually upgrade to as they are also going up. The good news here is you will likely purchase the home you are upgrading to at a steal and that is when to smoke a true celebratory cigar! Good luck either way! 1
MrGTO Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 I'm closing on a new house on the 25th, then it's time to sell the old house. I'm hoping to atleast break even... 1
